When booking online with us you can choose from 2 different room types, our Courtyard Rooms and Ocean View Rooms. If you are interested in our Ocean View Suites or Ocean View Apartments please call our 800 number for availability. All rooms come equipped with fridges & coffeemakers. Free WiFi is available throughout the resort.

During your booking process, the initial rate includes all of the above package items. Please ensure that you follow the booking engine all the way through, at the final point, you will then have the opportunity to add your diving:

Our dive packages also include Unlimited Shore Diving on our house reef on your 2 tank boat diving days.

In high season (mid December to mid April) we have a 5 night minimum. In low season (mid April to mid December we have a 3 night minimum). Please scroll to the bottom of the page for information if travelling with children and our cancellation policy.
COURTYARD ROOM
One of the most popular rooms for the "cost conscious". These rooms have a walk-in patio door or balcony and are available with 2 Queen beds, digital Hi Def flat screen cable TV, mini fridge, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. There are courtyard rooms above the front office area and in the garden area close to the restaurant.

OCEAN VIEW ROOM
Our Ocean View Rooms are located on the North end of the property. These rooms offer more space with 2 Queen beds or 2 King-size, digital Hi Def flat screen cable TV, fridge, microwave and a private balcony or patio looking out through the palm trees to the sparkling Caribbean Sea!

OCEAN VIEW SUITE
Part of our Ocean View blocks, Sunset House has two suites available. These spacious rooms are great if you need a little extra space. They include everything our Ocean View Rooms have to offer plus a dining & seating area. Both Suites have two queen beds. Not available to book online. Please call or email the resort.

OCEAN VIEW APARTMENT
Our Apartments all have an ocean view. We have two different apartments, each with different bedroom configurations, a living room and dining room. Great for anyone that wants to make a few home cooked meals on their holidays. Our Apartments also adjoin to ocean view rooms on either side for an expanded space. Our Apartments are studio style, they do not have a separated bedroom area. Not available to book online. Please call or email the resort.

Kids 11 years and under stay free in a room with 2 paying adults (Adults are 12+ years). The maximum occupancy in each room is 4 including any children. If your party is over 4, then please add another room to your booking. Kids 11 years and under will only be charged for daily made to order breakfast and round trip airport transfers as part of our stay & dive packages. For a 7 night stay, this would be $161.85 per child. Please EMAIL if you have children 11 or under in your party.

Please note as we only have two ocean view Suites & Apartments their availability are not online. Please call or email for available dates. If there is no availability for the room of your choice through our online booking system, please email or call as we may still have rooms available.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations MUST be made in writing. If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival there will be no penalty.
Summer (low season): If the reservation is cancelled within 30-15 days of arrival, there will be a one night penalty.
Winter (high season): If the reservation is cancelled within 30-15 days of arrival, there will be a three night penalty.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, there will be 100% penalty. Should you change the dates of your reservation within 30 days of your arrival our cancellation policy, as stated, will apply. Unused portions of packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. If Amex is used for payment and the reservation is cancelled a 4% fee will be deducted from the refund.
